Rubizhne ( Ukrainian: Рубіжне, IPA: [rʊˈb⁽ʲ⁾iʒne] ⓘ; Russian: Рубежное, romanized : Rubezhnoye, IPA: [rʊˈbʲeʐnəjə]) is a city in Luhansk Oblast, in the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine. Situated on the left bank of the Donets River near the cities of Sievierodonetsk and Lysychansk.
