Jan 1, 2023 · At the time of writing (UniProt release 2022_03, August 2022), UniProt provides binding site annotations for 776 unique cognate ligands mapped to ChEBI for over 200 000 reviewed UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot protein sequence records and for over 17 million protein sequence records in UniProtKB/TrEMBL.
