Nivedita Saraf (née Joshi; born 11 April 1963) is an Indian film, television and theatre actress. She made her film debut as a child in the 1977 Hindi film Apnapan . and started her career in lead roles as a teen-adult in 1984, when she was cast in the Marathi film Navri Mile Navryala .

Nivedita Joshi is a disciple of Yogacharya BKS Iyengar and the founder of Yogakshema, an accredited Iyengar Yoga center in Delhi. She has recovered from a severe spinal injury through yoga and has traveled with Yogacharya Iyengar to various countries. She is also a poet and a kathak dancer.
