Go to www.antiragging.in. Go to Undertaking then click on register. Click on university. Fill all the field under “Student’s details”. Fill all the details under “Parents / Guardian Details”. Fill “University details” as per the screenshot. Check all the UGC regulations.

Introduction As per the direction of the University Grants Commission (UGC), it is mandatory for all the students to create the UGC Anti-ragging reference number and submit the generated Affidavit duly signed by both the student and the parent at the University during enrollment.
