The latest trailer for the next Disney+ Marvel series, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, dropped during the Super Bowl, and as is standard with any MCU tease, it has prompted a bunch of questions among fans -- not the least of which is who exactly are all these characters who Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) are dealing with in the show.
Daniel Brühl and Emily VanCamp also star in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, reprising their Captain America: Civil War roles of Helmut Zemo and Sharon Carter (Agent 13), respectively. Wyatt Russell also makes his MCU debut as John Walker, the man who the government wants to succeed Steve Rogers as the new Captain America. He's also been known as U.S. Agent in the comics.

It remains to be seen how closely The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will hew to the comics, where John Walker's journey as Captain America was, well, less than successful. It's also interesting to see how much this show looks to be a sequel to Captain America: Civil War.
