Since its inception in 1985, up to 30th June, 2022, about 8,82,085 cases were instituted in the Tribunal. Out of those, 8,04,272 cases have already been disposed of. That is a disposal rate of 91.18%. The Administrative Tribunal is distinguishable from the ordinary courts with regard to its jurisdiction and procedure.
