If you're into art deco buildings the North Dakota Capitol should be a must see. Built on a tight budget during the Great Depression, this 18th story structure is the tallest habitable building in the state. Bob, our genial tour guide, was thorough and entertaining. I'm glad I was able to make the tour just in time.
