Apr 30, 2014 · The new CBP webpage allows nonimmigrant travelers to access arrival/departure records going back five years from the request date. This electronic travel-history function means that travelers may no longer need to file Freedom of Information Act requests to receive their arrival/departure history, greatly speeding their process.
CBP now gathers travelers’ arrival/departure information automatically from their electronic travel records. Now at the land border, travelers will be issued I-94s electronically and will no longer receive a paper I-94 stub.

Aug 23, 2023 · Travelers may check their admission status at https://I94.cbp.dhs.gov and clicking on the ‘View Compliance’ tab. E-mail notifications will come from travelercompliance@cbp.dhs.gov . If your notification e-mail did not come from this address, it may be a phishing scam or other fraudulent e-mail.
May 8, 2021 · Be prepared to submit (scanned) copies of their passports, visas, and travel history printouts, and send a polite email (explain their date of entry, port of entry, and status) asking for instructions to the nearest deferred inspection site with an I-94 correction email address.
Feb 1, 2020 · Believe title says it all. I enter my information and the most recent I-94 shows up correctly. But when I click on the "Get this traveler's travel history" button, I get an error message "No record found for traveler". Same happens with all of my family members.
