Batia Ofer (born 1974) is an Israeli-Canadian art collector, patron, and philanthropist. She is the founder of Art of Wishes and the co-founder of the Idan and Batia Ofer Family Foundation. Ofer is the Chair of the Royal Academy of Arts Trust. Ofer is also known for her work for Make-A-Wish Foundation in Israel and the United Kingdom.

The couple founded the Idan & Batia Ofer Family Foundation, which focuses specifically on improving society through art and education initiatives. Both Idan and Batia are avid art collectors. In 2021, they were included among the Top 200 art collectors in the world by ARTnews magazine.
In 2017, Ofer and his wife Batia Ofer made charitable contributions to the Jewish Museum London. In 2021, Idan and Batia also launched a maritime scholarship fund in Singapore aiming to award up to 10 full term scholarships per year in the maritime industry. Through his foundation, Ofer donated 15M$ to the Israeli National Library in 2021.
