The Islamic University of Madinah (Arabic: الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة) is a public Islamic university in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
The university was established by Royal Decree No. 11 on 25/3/1381 AH and was ratified by Royal Decree No. 21 on 16/4/1381 AH with the approval of the Supreme Advisory Council of the University. Studies at the University began on Sunday, 2nd of Jumada Al-Akhira in the same year.
The Deanship of Admission and Registration was established in 1400 AH. It is concerned with receiving applications for admission of the Islamic University, reviewing them in accordance with related rules and regulations, registering students, and monitoring procedures, from students’ admission until their graduation.
