Michael Drury ( Steve Bastoni) is an undercover officer in the NSW police. He receives a tip from an informant that a Melbourne-based drug dealer, Alan Williams ( Marcus Graham ), has a large quantity of heroin to sell. Drury poses as a buyer and travels to Melbourne to entrap Williams.
