(Spanish: Luis Miguel: La Serie) is a Mexican music biographical series. The series is the story of the life of the internationally renowned superstar and Grammy award-winning multi-platinum recording artist, Luis Miguel.
Produced by Gato Grande Productions, a joint venture with Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios Inc., the series is written by Daniel Krauze and directed by Humberto Hinojosa. Mark Burnett, Carla González Vargas and Pablo Cruz serve as executive producers.

At the age of 17, Luis Miguel became one of the world’s most recognized singers in the world. As his fame soared, privately, the musical icon struggled with personal tragedies--from the mysterious disappearance of his mother to the painful estrangement from his father and manager, Luis Rey. Through it all, Luis Miguel maintained his greatest passion: music.
In its final season, the series continues the story of one of Mexico’s most iconic musicians. It follows him at the peak of his career after he releases his duet with Frank Sinatra, as he prepares for the release of his next album with his new team led by the ambitious Patricio Robles (Pablo Cruz Guerrero). Featuring new characters, the story of the third and final season will continue to unfold along two timelines. In one, we follow Luis Miguel (Diego Boneta) as he seeks to bolster his career in the English-speaking markets and makes the acquaintance of Mariah (Jade Ewen). In the other, he faces new personal and professional challenges that threaten all he has worked for in his 30-year-long career.
