Archduke Wilhelm Franz of Austria, later Wilhelm Franz von Habsburg-Lothringen (10 February 1895 – 18 August 1948), also known as Vasyl Vyshyvanyi (Ukrainian: Василь Вишиваний), was an Austrian archduke, a colonel of the Ukrainian Sich Riflemen, [citation needed] a poet, and a member of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine.
Archduke Wilhelm Franz Karl of Austria-Teschen (German: Erzherzog Wilhelm Franz Karl von Habsburg-Lothringen, 21 April 1827 – 29 April 1894) was an Archduke of Austria from the House of Habsburg. He was born in Vienna as the son of Archduke Charles, Duke of Teschen (1771–1847) and Princess Henrietta of Nassau-Weilburg (1797–1829).
Archduke Leopold Wilhelm of Austria (5 January 1614 – 20 November 1662), younger brother of Emperor Ferdinand III, was an Austrian soldier, administrator and patron of the arts. He held a number of military commands, with limited success, and served as Governor of the Spanish Netherlands, before returning to Vienna in 1656.

Archduke Franz Karl did not perform any kind of public function, but occasionally called attention to himself with his eccentricities. He died in 1878, six years after his wife. He was the last Habsburg to undergo separate interment of body, entrails and heart.
Particularly German-nationalist circles saw their “true” ruler in Wilhelm, and when the new German emperor visited Austria in October 1888 to celebrate his accession, the Austrian authorities had their work cut out for them to curb the ovations so as to avoid embarrassing scenes for Franz Joseph.
