In March we opened our 1 st processing unit, Minerva Dwan Farms, a joint venture of Minerva S.A. and the Irish Company, Dawn Farms Foods.. We began operating Other two distribution centers in Brazil: one in Viana – ES and another one in Itajaí – SC. We also began the operations in the industrial unit located in Rolim de Moura – RO, Brazil.
Minerva Foods’ deboning capacity is higher than its slaughter capacity, thereby ensuring flexibility in the production process, allowing it to process its own cattle, as well as carcasses acquired from third parties, thereby maximizing profitability, given that processing is the activity that adds most value to beef.
