The Marble Arch is a 19th-century white marble -faced triumphal arch in London, England. The structure was designed by John Nash in 1827 as the state entrance to the cour d'honneur of Buckingham Palace; it stood near the site of what is today the three-bayed, central projection of the palace containing the well-known balcony. Marble Arch is a ceremonial gateway in the north-east corner of Hyde Park near Speaker's Corner. The iconic arch was designed by the architect John Nash as a triumphal arch for Buckingham Palace to celebrate British victory in the Napoleonic Wars. It was moved to its present location in Hyde Park in 1850.

Marble Arch is an iconic structure at the end of Oxford Street where it meets Edgware Road and Park Lane. It is familiar to the Arc De Triomphe in Paris. I visited in May 2024 and it was behind sheeting so I guess it is under restoration at the moment.
