Jun 9, 2023 · Takkar is a film that should have come out in the 2000s. Director Karthik G Krish’s story is so redundant that you could guess every single plot twist miles ahead of its arrival. The film is silly and absurd on so many levels that every sequence ends up being unintentionally funny. There’s an entire stretch involving Yogi Babu meeting his gangster father. While the dialogues are supposed to be funny, you don’t laugh at the jokes, you laugh at the silliness unfolding on screen.
