Returning home to New York after a vacation, producer George White (George White) stops in a small town where he sees his name on a marquee for a musical show that's blatantly using his name for publicity. He catches the show and is impressed by the talent of singer Honey Walters (Alice Faye). Honey's aunt, Jane (Emma Dunn), convinces George to hire Honey and her boyfriend, Eddie Taylor (James Dunn) -- but back in New York after a successful opening the couple starts behaving scandalously.
