Things get so bad for Ganga (when Supriya hits Ganga in front of her friends for defending Radha) that he runs away from his biological parents' home and finds Milind being blackmailed by a woman (his mistress) and her brother who are asking for rs 50 Lakhs for not revealing his infidelity.
