  4. Admission GUIDELINES. Students are admitted to Yales MFA for the Fall semester of each year only. Applicants are notified of the admission committee’s decisions on preliminary selections in February, and final decisions in early March.

  5. Photography (MFA) Program overview. Photography is a two-year program of study admitting ten students a year. Darkroom, studio, and computer facilities are provided. Students receive technical instruction in black-and-white and color photography as well as nonsilver processes and digital image production.

  6. M.F.A. An applicant to the Acting program submits an online application that includes a resumé, statement of purpose (Limit: 3 pages or 1,000 words), three (3) professional letters of recommendation, an academic transcript, and a current photograph.
