Osmania University is a collegiate public state university located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Mir Osman Ali Khan, the 7th Nizam of Hyderabad, issued a firman calling for its creation on 29 August 1917. [2] It is the third oldest university in southern India, and the first to be established in the erstwhile Kingdom of Hyderabad.
Fees: INR 40,000-50,000. Eligibility: A candidate must be passed with aggregate 55% marks in allied subject or concerned subject approved by Osmania University / holds M Phil degree or or is qualified in the UGC CSIR and NET GATE exam / First author of Two research papers in standard journals recognised by University.
