Tulsi Ghimire is an Indian film director, screenwriter, film editor, cameraman, actor and lyricist known for his works in Nepali films. [1] [2] Regarded as one of the greatest filmmakers of Nepali cinema, he is known for his romantic and masala films that deal with social issues of Nepali society and portrayal of deep human emotions.
Tulsi Ghimire was born on 15 July, 1951 in Kalimpong, Darjeeling. He started his film career from Bombay as a helper of Film Director and Artist. Later he learned Film Editing and worked as an Editor in Hindi Movies.
