Lucious Boyd (born March 22, 1959) is an American convicted murderer, rapist, and suspected serial killer who is currently on death row in Florida. Boyd was sentenced to death for the 1998 rape and murder of 21-year-old Dawnia Dacosta and is a suspect in at least ten other homicides and disappearances.

Dec 5, 2023 · Lucious Boyd, a convicted murderer and suspected serial killer, is accused of raping and strangling Eileen Truppner in December 1998. Her body was found near a boat ramp in southwest Broward, and her identity was revealed by DNA testing in 2023.
Lucious Boyd. Forty-two year old Lucious Boyd is accused of abducting, raping and stabbing 21-year-old Dawnia D'Acosta to death after her car ran out of gas after a prayer meeting on December 5 1998. Her body was later discovered by a dumpster. Autopsy reports show Dacosta was stabbed 36 times in the chest.
