Júlio Medaglia (São Paulo, 16 de abril de 1938) é um maestro e arranjador brasileiro. Ex-aluno de Pierre Boulez, Karlheinz Stockhausen e John Barbirolli, Medaglia foi fundador da Amazonas Filarmônica e dirigiu a Orquestra da Rádio de Baden-Baden e a Rádio Roquette Pinto.
