CUHK New Asia College. Founded in 1949 At a time of extreme adversity, Mr. Ch’ien Mu and other scholars from mainland China established the college which aimed to facilitate cultural exchanges between East and West and to promote peace and well-being of the human race.

Founded in 1949, New Asia College has the longest history amongst other constituent colleges in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. College preserves its own tradition and mission, and provides non-formal education and general education programmes, as well as counseling services.
