Thomas Ceccon (Italian pronunciation: [ˈtɔːmas tʃekˈkon]; born 27 January 2001) is an Italian swimmer. He is a world record holder in the long course 100 metre backstroke and the short course 4×100 metre freestyle relay.
Italy’s Thomas Ceccon now has an Olympic gold medal to add to his world record and world championship in the men’s 100m backstroke. Ceccon was followed by Xu Jiayu from the People's Republic of China for the silver medal, with Team USA’s Ryan Murphy picking up the bronze.
