Jan 22, 2020 · Brentford FC is delighted to confirm that Marcus Gayle is taking on a new role as Club Ambassador. Marcus started his career at Brentford as an 18-year-old. He made his debut in 1988 and played just short of 200 games before joining Wimbledon in 1994.
Marcus Gayle has been a Brentford FC Ambassador since January 2020. During a professional career that spanned 20 years, he was on the books at Griffin Park for two spells. Growing up in Hammersmith, Marcus began his football career with Brentford as a striker.
