The body of Georges Metaxa, 51, prominent actor and comedy singer of Hollywood who died suddenly in a local hotel over the weekend, was sent by Hixson Brothers Funeral home on Sunday to Dallas, Tex., where it will be cremated today.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Dec. 10 (UP)--Georges Metaxa, Rumanianborn actor and singer, died Friday night in a Monroe (La.) hotel, friends here reported today. He was 51 years old.
