Stephen Toussaint (born 22 March 1965) is a British actor and writer. He first gained prominence through his role in the ITV crime drama The Knock (1994–2000). As of 2022, he plays Lord Corlys Velaryon in the HBO fantasy series House of the Dragon .
Toussaint made his television debut in 1994 in The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes as Steve Dixie, where his career quickly took off. The following year, he was cast as a series regular in The Knock, a widely known British television crime drama.
