Øystein Martinsen (født 14. mai 1976) er en norsk skuespiller født og oppvokst i Tromsø. Etter lang fartstid i byens revy-og teatermiljø (bl.a. Røbrusteatret , Revymafiaen og PåTryneteatret ) startet han i 2001 på skuespillerlinjen ved Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo , og ble etter endt utdanning i 2004 fast ansatt ved Rogaland Teater .
