Demet Tuncer Tanrıöver (d. 1975, İstanbul), Türk oyuncu. Lise eğitiminden sonra 1993-1997 yılları arasında Amerika'nın New Mexico eyaletinde oyunculuk eğitimini tamamladı. atv 'de yayımlanan Çocuklar Duymasın adlı dizide oynayan Tuncer, Orhan Pamuk 'un Benim Adım Kırmızı adlı eserinde geçen Ester karakterini BBC radyosunda seslendirdi.
