Early Day Films is a Bristol based production company founded by Kate Byers and Linn Waite. Their debut feature, BAIT, was received to critical and commercial success, receiving a BAFTA 2020 for Outstanding Debut for Director and Producers.
Linn Waite and Kate Byers met through their love of climbing and having decided to get into film production, they went on to tackle that particular mountain together. What they love about working together is the different perspectives they are able to offer.
Telling original stories with social, cultural and dramatic significance and bringing outstanding cinematic voices to the screen. We are a Bristol based independent production company formed by BAFTA winning producers Kate Byers & Linn Waite.

I had a look at a to-do list at the beginning of the week, and about halfway down it said, "Write a BAFTA speech, just in case". And I thought, "How the hell did we get here?"
