The acoustic “Mr. Recordman” is, at worst, skeptical; the band gladly sides with downtrodden sorts like “Goddamn Devil” and “Panhandlin’ Prince.” Among the guests: Jane’s Addiction’s Stephen Perkins, Judas Priest’s Rob Halford and actress Julia Sweeney.
