Maryam Keshavarz (Persian: مریم کشاورز), is an American filmmaker, of Iranian descent. She is best known for her 2011 film Circumstance [2] distributed by Participant Media and Roadside Attractions , which won the Audience Award at Sundance Film Festival .
MARYAM KESHAVARZ received her MFA from NYU/ Tisch in film direction and has been making award-winning films for 19 years.
