Northwestern Alum, Chris Beacom, joined the baseball staff ahead of the 2020 season as the director of baseball operations. In 2005, Beacom founded the Illinois Baseball Academy, a business dedicated to the holistic development of players and coaches from community programs across Chicagoland.
