The Blue Meaning is the second studio album by the English new wave band Toyah, fronted by Toyah Willcox, released in 1980 by Safari Records. It reached the Top 40 on the UK Albums Chart . Background. The album was recorded at the Parkgate Studios in Battle, East Sussex and mixed at the Marquee Studios in London.
