Ithaca (/ ˈ ɪ θ ə k ə /) is a city in and the county seat of Tompkins County, New York, United States. Situated on the southern shore of Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York, Ithaca is the largest community in the Ithaca metropolitan statistical area. Aug 28, 2022 · The Cayuga Nature Center is a fun spot to visit near Ithaca that features a fantastic nature center and several of the most unique things to do in Ithaca, New York. In my opinion, the highlight here is the uniquely designed six-story treehouse set in the woods high above a small waterfall.
