May 16, 2018 · Parmar, along with former Chief Financial Officer Sotirios “Sam” Zaharis and ex-company secretary Ravi Chivukula, are accused of a scheme to dupe investors as part of a plan to take a company private, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito in New Jersey said.
The complaint charges former Constellation chief executive Parmjit (Paul) Parmar, former chief financial officer Sotirios (Sam) Zaharis, and former company secretary Ravi Chivukula.
