The Deep End, Volume 2 is the fifth studio album by the American rock band Gov't Mule. The album was released on October 8, 2002, by ATO Records . After the death of founding member and bass guitarist Allen Woody , the band began recording tracks using bass players that Woody had admired.

Issued in a thick jewel case with 2 trays located on the outer sides and middle tray with 16-page booklet for CD2 housed on one side and CD2 on other side. There is no booklet for CD1. CD3 contains the complete tracks from the second CDs of the enhanced releases The Deep End Volume 1 and The Deep End Volume 2.
