David Richard Moores (15 March 1946 – 22 July 2022) was a British football executive, chairman of Liverpool F.C. from 1991 to 2007 and later the club's honorary life president. Liverpool F.C. He became chairman of Liverpool F.C. on 18 September 1991. He owned 17,850 shares which represented 51% of the club.
