Sreekumaran Thampi (born 16 March 1940) is an Indian lyricist, music director, director, producer and screenwriter in Malayalam cinema. He also writes poetry and is a recipient of the Vallathol Award. In 2017, he was awarded the J. C. Daniel Award, Kerala government's highest honour for contributions to Malayalam cinema.

Sreekumaran Thampi, began his career as a lyricist in the Malayalam film Kaathumallika and went on to produce 21 feature films, directed 29 movies and happened to write scripts for 78 films in Malayalam.

5 days ago · Sreekumaran Thampi is married to Rajeswari. The duo are the parents of a daughter named Kavitha. They also had a son named Rajkumaran Thampi (also known as Raj Aditya). He was an erstwhile associate of Priyadarshan, who later directed some movies in the Telugu film industry, until his sudden demise in Secunderabad in March 2009.
