Katherina Faragó, född 16 december 1936 [ 4] i Wien, Österrike, är en svensk [ 5] scripta och filmproducent . Biografi. Katinka Faragó, som är av judisk börd, kom till Sverige 1940 efter att familjen flytt från Ungern och därefter från Österrike.
Katinka Faragó blev först känd som Ingmar Bergmans scripta och hans trognaste medarbetare från Sommarnattens leende och framåt. Senare blev hon produktionsledare och producent och bidrog till både storfilmer och mindre kända, ofta djärva filmsatsningar av regissörer som Gunnel Lindblom och Kjell Grede.
