Nicola De Angelis, C.F.I.C (23 January 1939 – 16 June 2023) was an Italian Roman Catholic bishop. De Angelis was Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Peterborough in Ontario, Canada. Biography. Nicola De Angelis was born in Pozzaglia Sabino, Italy, on 23 January 1939. In 1959 he entered the religious order of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception.
Nicola De Angelis, DDS, DMSc, received his dental degree at Genoa University, where he currently serves as Assistant Professor and coordinator of clinical research projects. He completed the postdoctoral program with a master course in Periodontology at Siena University.
