"Killing Me" is a song by American singer-songwriter Conan Gray released through Republic Records on October 31, 2023, coinciding with Halloween. It serves as the second single, and the twelfth track off of Gray's third studio album, Found Heaven.
As the song was released, Conan explained it was based off a time his then-partner gave Gray a flu after kissing him. Not only did the relationship end soon after, but the flu turned into an infection, and later into a chronic tonsillitis, eventually leading to Gray undergoing tonsillectomy surgery.
Conan began teasing "Killing Me" on his alternate TikTok account, @user6141013131857 on September 29, 2023 in a now-deleted video. While the video itself didn't feature the song, if the user clicked on the clip's audio it'd showcase the song's chorus. A little bit later, Gray uploaded a video with "Killing Me" to his main account.
Conan then proceeded to post some more videos with the audio to promote the release. The video uploaded on October 5 featured choreography for "Killing Me". This could indicate it'll be used for Found Heaven On Tour, although this is unconfirmed.
