Vaiko, birth name Vaiyapuri Gopalsamy, is an Indian politician. He is a member of the Rajya Sabha , the upper house of the Parliament of India from Tamil Nadu . [1] He is the founder and General Secretary of the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK), a political party active mainly in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu .
Durai Vaiko (born 2 April 1972) is an Indian politician of the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party (MDMK). He was appointed as the MDMK principal secretary of the party, and leads internet campaigns for MDMK.
