Ashok Singhal (born 29 December 1968, Guwahati, Assam) is an Indian politician of Bharatiya Janata Party, Assam Pradesh and the current Minister of Housing & Urban Affairs and Irrigation, Government of Assam. He is also the Guardian Minister of three districts of Assam, namely Kokrajhar, Udalguri and Cachar.
Ashok Singhal (27 September 1926 – 17 November 2015) was the international working president of the Hindu organisation Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) for over 20 years and in charge of the Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi movement.
