Kaylee Rochelle McKeown OAM (born 12 July 2001) is an Australian swimmer and triple Olympic gold medalist. She is the world record holder in the long course 50 metre backstroke and both the long course and short course 200 metre backstroke.
Kaylee McKeown won two more gold medals in Tokyo - women’s 200m backstroke and women’s 4x100m medley relay. At just 23, McKeown is already one of Australia’s most decorated Olympians and once again she will be headlining the Dolphins ’ charge in three individual events in Paris.
Kaylee McKeown first appeared on the Olympic stage at the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympics, where the swimmer won women's 50m backstroke gold, alongside silver in the 100m backstroke, and bronze in the 200m backstroke.
