I ran the exact same job description and resume in both Resume Worded and Jobscan, and got COMPLETELY different results. According to Resume Worded, I earned a relevancy score of 95. May 15, 2022 · The answer is No! Even if you were to pass ATS with higher percentage match, it’ll get rejected once a human reads through your resume as it’ll be obvious! It is generally lot easier if you have experience and have things to put in your resume!
