Aug 31, 2018 · First of course is a damaged router. LAN ports can only be 100Mbps. Second would be that the cables in LAN 1 and 2 are either CAT 5 or damaged possibly. Should be easy to check these two, disconnect the modem to router cable and use it in LAN 1 to a PC or switch. If it shows 1000Mbps, then the old cable was bad.

Jun 30, 2023 · Firmware version is: V4.6.14.3_2.3.12I have been using this setup for over 2 years without any issues until now, getting the same "...something went wrong" message when trying to log into my netgear account on the app in order to get to security settings on the router. I can log into my netgear account via pc and web just fine with same credentials
Oct 1, 2018 · Under my current network setup, I am unable to access my modem setup pages. My Default Gateway is 10.0.0.1, which is the IP address of my Orbi. If I attempt to access the last known modem IP address of 192.168.1.1, I get a time out (Firefox) or a page not found (Edge). So, the modem is in transparent bridge mode, and the Orbi is in Router mode.
