Apr 4, 2019 · 1. Nice Picnic spot. Koilighugar Waterfall is in Jharsuguda district. It is 30kms from Belpahar located near Lakhanpur. It is a good place for picnic and generally overcrowded during weekend. Best time to visit would be during winter.
