Dec 12, 2016 · The Immigration Department announced today (December 12) that nationals of India will be required to successfully complete online pre-arrival registration before visiting Hong Kong visa-free from January 23, 2017. At present, Indian nationals may visit Hong Kong visa-free for a stay of up to 14 days.
As per the Hong Kong Immigration Department, with effect from 23rd January 2017, all Indian nationals intending to visit Hong Kong must first apply for and successfully complete pre-arrival registration online. This is a must in order to visit Hong Kong.
Indian nationals continue to enjoy 14-day visa-free visit to Hong Kong after successfully completing Pre-arrival Registration (PAR) online. Application for PAR is easy, convenient and free-of-charge.

May 2, 2023 · Indian passport holders planning to visit Hong Kong are required to apply for online Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) at https://www.immd.gov.hk/eng/services/visas/pre-arrival_registration_for_indian_nationals.html. PAR is valid for a period of six months and multiple visits.
An Indian national can apply for PAR if he/she: (i) holds an Indian passport valid for at least six months; and (ii) intends to visit or transit (except in direct transit by air and not leaving the airport transit area) the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) for a stay not exceeding 14 days.
